Stainless Steel Gas Heatting Jacketed Kettle

This equipment is suitable for mixing, concentrating and decocting the material in pharmaceuticals,
foodstuff and chemical industry etc.
This equipment is used widely for pharmacy, food and chemical industry to cook, boil or concentrator
according to client requirement. It has the hot steam and electrical heating sources .Also it can add the
agitator and cover .All depend on clients. This equipment consist of boiler body, stir device ,tilting system,
worm wheel and worm rod and the boiler body can be rotated within 180 degree. All the materials in
contact with media used stainless steel featuring good anticorrosion and durability which are in accordance
with GMP standard. We can also make the jacketed kettle or jacketed boiler according to your special demands.

This equipment is consisting of pan, plank, worm wheel and worm. The pan can turn within 180°,
so it is easy for taking out the material. The equipment can configure the mixing system according to
different craft demand.

Application
Which is applied widely for the processing such products as candy, medicine, dairy, alcohol, cake,
beverage, sweetmeat, can, etc. It is also used to boil water, cook, stew, boil porridge, etc in great scale
dinning-room or eatery, which is a choiceness equipment in food processing to advance quality, shorten time,
